How does the ELLORY bundle offer work?

Bundle savings apply automatically when your cart contains enough eligible ELLORY rings. No discount code is needed.

Can I mix different styles in a bundle?

Yes. You can mix eligible current styles. The current offer is 2 rings for $29.99, 3 for $39.99, or 4 for $47.99.

Will bundle discounts stack with other promotions?

Only when Shopify checkout specifically allows the offers to combine. If multiple non-combinable offers qualify, checkout applies the eligible pricing according to Shopify’s discount rules.

Shipping

When is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 are charged the standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

Where does ELLORY ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes about 6–12 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. It may take a short time for tracking to begin showing movement.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Email support@ellory.shop as soon as possible. We’ll try to help, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Returns & order issues

What is your return window?

Eligible unused, unworn, and uninserted items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Why can’t worn body jewelry be returned?

For hygiene and safety, piercing jewelry that has been worn or inserted cannot be returned for a change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact support@ellory.shop with your order number and photos when applicable. We’ll review the issue and help with the appropriate solution.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before fulfillment starts, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is being processed.

What are ELLORY pieces made from?

Materials and finishes vary by style. Please check the individual product page for the specific materials and finish options for the piece you’re considering.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To help preserve the finish, keep jewelry clean and dry when possible and avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotions, harsh chemicals, and chlorine. Store pieces separately in a dry place when not being worn.
