Shipping Policy

ELLORY currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Free shipping on orders $35+

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 are charged the standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, holidays, or unusually high order volume, preparation may take longer.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, delivery typically takes about 6–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after a shipping label is created.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email support@ellory.shop as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment has started.

Multiple packages

Some orders may be fulfilled in more than one package. If that happens, tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.

Delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package appears lost, or you received the wrong item, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment and help with next steps.
