These Terms of Service govern your use of ellory.shop and purchases from ELLORY. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced below.

1. Online store terms

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

2. Products and product information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, finishes, materials, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography can cause colors or scale to appear somewhat different in person. Materials and finishes can vary by style, so please review the individual product page before purchasing.

3. Pricing, bundles, and promotions

Prices and promotions may change without notice. ELLORY bundle discounts are subject to the stated eligibility requirements and are applied automatically when the qualifying cart conditions are met. Promotions may not combine unless the checkout specifically allows it. If a partial return causes an order to no longer qualify for its original bundle or quantity discount, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the offer for which the remaining items qualify.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or inability to fulfill the order. If a paid order is canceled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded. Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment providers.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please review our Shipping Policy for current processing, delivery, tracking, and address information.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Because ELLORY sells piercing and body jewelry, hygiene restrictions apply to items that have been worn or inserted.

7. Jewelry use and care

You are responsible for selecting jewelry appropriate for your piercing, fit, and personal sensitivities. Materials vary by product and are listed on the relevant product page where available. For a new or healing piercing, follow the guidance of a qualified piercing professional before changing jewelry. Stop using a product if it causes unexpected irritation or discomfort.

8. Intellectual property

The ELLORY name, site design, text, graphics, branding, and other site content are owned by or licensed to ELLORY and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

9. Third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices.

10. Availability and errors

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, pricing mistakes, or availability information and may update or cancel affected orders where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
